Red Mushroom doesn't have an associated Navigation list.
Red Mushrooms don't drop anything. Absolutely nothing. Weird, isn't it? It's currently unclear whether it's intentional or not, which it probably isn't. I mean, you'd hope they at least drop coins right? Maybe
