The Post Office is a World 2 subsystem in which you deliver resources to earn boxes, which you can spend on permanent bonuses. Opening the Post Office is account-wide, as are deliveries. Every character on your account earns boxes for completing orders, so you can upgrade different bonuses for each one.
Getting Started
You can unlock the Post Office by completing a quest for Postboy Pablob in W2 Town. Once unlocked, the Post Office will be added to Quick Ref where you can see your current orders (and order refresh timer) and box upgrades, but cannot fulfill orders or allocate boxes.

Orders
- Items in your Storage Chest toward completing orders, so you don't have to carry the items in your inventory.
- The quantity of requested items increases with your streak. The type of item requested is NOT affected by your streak.
- Completed orders are reset every 24 hours.
- Uncompleted orders can be reset for free after 3 days plus the duration of your shield if you have one. Each extra day of waiting consumes 1 point off the shield.
- You can use a
Silver Pen to skip an incomplete or complete order without resetting the streak. Doing this adds a day of shield for that shipping company. You can also use a silver pen on a 5+ shield to remove the shield, if you want to reset your streak.
- The quantity of items requested stops scaling up after streak 100.
You always receive 1 box per completed order. Starting at 5-streak, you will earn an additional box bonus for every streak in multiples of 5.

Upgrades
You can spend your delivery boxes, earned from filling orders, on different permanent upgrades. Each one boosts a stat, and will also give additional bonuses after being upgraded enough times! The second tab of upgrades unlocks after you complete enough orders to unlock the 3 order columns on tab 2.
Although orders are account wide, upgrades aren't. Meaning that you have to distribute upgrades on each of your characters.
- Bonus 1 is unlocked by default.
- Bonus 2 is unlocked after upgrading a shipment 25 times.
- Bonus 3 is unlocked after upgrading a shipment 100 times.
Note: You can calculate the benefits of each bonus of each box using the Post Office calculator!
Shipment upgrades cap at 400, you usually get 75% of the maximum possible bonus after upgrading shipments 200 times.
The general method is to go for 200 boxes in Civil War Memory, then, 200/400 points in the specialized skill before going back to max Civil War Memory (this is a starting point, after allocating the boxes boxes below, you should put boxes in what you need)
Usual orders:
- Barbarian = 200 Civil War -> 200/400 Fishing -> 400 Civil War
- Squire = 200 Civil War -> 200/400 Mining/Construction -> 400 Civil War
- Shaman = 200 Civil War -> 200/400 Chopping/Alchemy -> 400 Civil War
- Wizard = 200 Civil War -> 200/400 Chopping/Food -> 400 Civil War
- Bowman = 200 Civil War -> 200/400 Catching/Smithing -> 400 Civil War
