These Talents are only accessible to characters of this specific Class. You can choose your class by talking to Prometheus (bolded so it can be linked later), and completing his tasks. Only 5 of these talents are upgraded in the first tab of talents, the rest are in their own tab. To obtain Talent Points in the class specific tab, you need to level up your character's main level. Leveling up your main level will give you 3 Talent Points to spend. The class specific tab and main tab have their own Talent Point system, so you don't have to worry about spending all of your Talent Points in your main tab, and then running out on the class specific tab.
