The Talent Book Library is a construction building that allows players to check out talent books to increase the maximum talent levels of their characters.
Checkouts
The library will passively generate checkouts over time, which the player can exchange for talent books of their choosing. There is no limit to the number of checkouts available at one time, however, each additional checkout takes exponentially longer to generate. Therefore, players should spend their checkouts regularly for maximum effect.
