Nightmare Difficulty

You don't need to add in empty tables for things we don't yet have. We'll add those when Coight runs his bot to correlate everything once it releases. For now it's just extra work for yourself that'll ultimately be overwritten.

I added those tables because lava announced addition of Nightmare difficulty bosses (likely later today/tomorrow) Already named the bosses so people have a general understanding whats here
