Grandfrog's Gazebo is located inside the portal at Froggy Fields just below Picnic Stowaway. To enter the dungeon you must be in a party. You can use the "Create Party" button above your equipment to create one, or join another player's party.
In order to progress and fight bosses, you need to drop the required materials at the cauldron. Materials randomly drop from the enemies in the dungeon and once dropped on the cauldron the next tier of enemies spawn. For example, the material dropped from Dungeon Frogs spawn Poisonic Frogs, which in turn drops the material to spawn Blue Gigafrogs.
Dropping a stack of materials that is above the required amount consumes the required amount and leaves the rest on the ground. However, materials dropped that are no longer required (or if materials drop when you kill enemies in front of the cauldron) will be be consumed and spawn enemies after a few seconds. You should pick up non-required material drops before they are consumed to use them in the next set of summons.
