To get this class you have to be a Journeyman and do a Secret questline. Maestro is still considered a beginner for the purposes of equipping certain armor, the Beginner Best Class Special Talent and a Constellation.

+% Skill EXP Gain, and -% Skill Efficiency. Affects all Skills.

Affects Mining, Smithing, Choppin, Fishing, Alchemy, Catching, Trapping, Worship, and Cooking. Reduces Laboratory Efficiency while not raising EXP. Has no effect on Construction, Breeding, Sailing, Divinity, and Gaming. Skill effect can be deactivated immediately by entering and exiting a party dungeon, such as the Glacial Basement dungeon in the W3 town.

Crystal Countdown

Affects Mining, Smithing, Choppin, Fishing, Alchemy, Catching, Trapping, and Worship. Does not affect Cooking or Laboratory.
