Materials randomly drop from the enemies in the dungeon and once dropped on the cauldron the next tier of enemies spawn. Grandfrog's Gazebo is located inside the portal at Froggy Fields just below Picnic Stowaway. To enter the dungeon you must be in a party. You can use the "Create Party" button above your equipment to create one, or join another player's party.

Toadstall is found in Grandfrog's Backyard, accessible from the bottom left of the Frog map. He introduces the player to the Party mechanic and is also the shopkeeper within Grandfrog's Gazebo, the first Party Dungeon.
