Eliteus is found in Outskirts of Fallstar Isle.
Complete his quests to choose a elite class for your Barbarian, Squire, Bowman, Hunter, Shaman, or Wizard.
NOTE: Divine Knight, Siege Breaker, and Elemental Sorcerer are not complete and are for World 5, which is not out yet. These classes have no talents except for the ones shared between all elite classes.
