Bloque	15.1%	+20% All Skill EXP
Frog	15.1%	+10% Total Damage

Buying pets for Pet Crystals fills up Tier Treat up to Tier 5, each new tier increases total odds and required Pet Crystals to buy pet.

Unlocking Tier 5 removes chance for Common pet.
