You can unlock Statue bonuses by doing the following quest:

At first, Statue bonuses are character specific, but by buying the 
Guilding Tools in the World 2 shop, you can use gold to upgrade statues to become account wide (Drop it on the Town Marble in World 1).
Statue bonus can be multiplied by 2x via dropping
Onyx Tools on Statue Man to turn him into Onyx, which can be obtained by completing Monolith's "Onyx Statue Crafting" quest and dropping a stack of 20,000 statues on the Statue Man. In additional, any deposited statue will give 10% more points per Onyx rank.
