Hey, I see you redirected the pages of the three examples of "pluralised" types that failed to link properly that I gave on [https://idleon.wiki/wiki/index.php?title=Template_talk:InfoItem&oldid=76029#Type_formatting_pluralizer the talk page of the InfoItem template], but that fails to address the underlying issue in [[Template:InfoItem]] that programmatically causes the issue across the wiki. As a temporary bandaid fix, your redirects work for those specific pages, but it doesn't make sense to manually "correct" this behaviour now, and again in the future whenever articles with the same type-pluralisation link issue arises. Rather, the underlying issue on the template itself ought to get fixed, which you blanking the talk page doesn't help--the opposite.
I '''strongly recommend''' not blanking talk pages in general. You are free to take part in the conversation, which is what they are designed for.
Thanks for looking into and at least trying to fix the issue.

Avoid blanking talk pages...

Hey, I see you redirected the pages of the three examples of "pluralised" types that failed to link properly that I gave on the talk page of the InfoItem template, but that fails to address the underlying issue in Template:InfoItem that programmatically causes the issue across the wiki.

I strongly recommend not blanking talk pages in general. You are free to take part in the conversation, which is what they are designed for.

Thanks for looking into and at least trying to fix the issue. - Poopmcpoop (talk) 17:54, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
