Spawns Wormhole Mobs which give +% XP & Drop per Wormhole kill and spawn more. Portal lasts for seconds.
Regular monsters respawn immediately when killed while a wormhole is active on the map. Wormhole monsters do not trigger crystal/giant monster spawns, and have progressively larger size, HP, experience and drop rate for the primary loot table only as weaker mobs are killed.
