To get this class you have to be a Beginner and do a Secret questline. Journeyman is still considered a beginner for the purposes of equipping certain armor, the Beginner Best Class Special Talent and a Constellation.
NOTE: This class is meant to be a hidden challenge and has very low damage compared to the 3 main Classes. It's recommended to wait until your 7th character to make one so that you have one of each subclass first for normal progression.
