TP Pete
From IdleOn MMO Wiki
TP Pete is found in Rat's Nest, the second zone of the sewers.
You must complete all three of his quests and talk to him after reaching Class Level 70 in order to receive the 
TP Pete Token, which falls on the ground.
Type "More like Poopy Pete" while standing next to him to receive the 
Toilet Paper Postage Special Talent Book.
