In order to summon this Miniboss you must kill all mobs on Troll Broodnest Map and grave on upper platform with cross on it will beggin to emit particles. Walk over grave to spawn Miniboss.
Amount of days required to respawn are same as Dilapidated Slush or Mutated Mush.
