Special Talents (also called Star Talents) can be obtained from Special Talent Books. Some come from drops, some from Quests, some from Secrets, and some from each world's Taskboard Merit Shop. When you use a Special Talent book to learn a talent, that talent is learned for all characters on your account.

Certain Special Talent books have variable max levels. If you get a new book with a ''higher'' max level than your current max, you can use that new book to increase your max level. If the book's max level is ''lower'' or the same, you will not be able to use it.

Special Talents (also called Star Talents) can be obtained from Special Talent Books. Some come from drops, some from Quests, some from Secrets, and some from each world's Taskboard Merit Shop. When you use a Special Talent book to learn a talent, that talent is learned for all characters on your account.

Certain Special Talent books have variable max levels. If you get a new book with a higher max level than your current max, you can use that new book to increase your max level. If the book's max level is lower or the same, you will not be able to use it.
