Laboratory (or Lab) is a World 4 skill that gives you the option to "upload" your characters into the mainframe. From there you are able to unlock various bonuses by using your uploaded characters as light beam foci and connecting them together to link to various bonuses. In addition to these bonuses a character with sufficient Lab levels can unlock slots for #Nanochips that give various bonuses even while that character is not uploaded to the mainframe.

By the nature of this skill your main stats will be AFK Percent and SKill EXP % as Skill Efficiency does not affect Laboratory. There are some items such as Laboratory Scrubs and Lab Rings that can give you bonus Lab Efficiency or gains.

The Mainframe

The Mainframe is the blue light flashing servers directly to the right of the portal when you enter the W4 town. Tapping on this will bring up the Mainframe Window where you will see several intially darkened icons, all of your character's heads with their respective hats crossed out with a red offline X, and a small light prisim to the left.

At the top and towards the middle you will see a button that says "Upload Player." Tapping on this button will 'upload' your current character to the mainframe which will remove the red X and allow you to connect to the prism of light by dragging that character within a certain pixel distance of the prism or another uploaded character (Increased by Lab level). To extract yourself from the Mainframe you can use either the "Extract Player" button or simply move out of the tube the character is placed in to the right of the Mainframe.

Mainframe Bonuses

The Mainframe has two forms of bonuses that both require the player to connect their characters to them in order for them to be active. Connecting multiple characters to the same bonus won't do anything, but a single character can potentially connect to multiple nearby bonuses.

Skills

The square skills that are located on the Mainframe board from the beginning are the main bonuses of this skill.

	Animal Farm	+1% Total Damage for every different species you have bred within Pet Breeding. You just need to breed the pet type one time for it to count!
	Wired In	All Uploaded Players print 2x more resources from their section of the 3D Printer. The displayed amount will NOT appear doubled, just to avoid confusion as to what your actual base Sampling Rate is, but it will be displayed in blue.
	Gilded Cyclical Tubing	All refinery cycles occur 3x faster. Faster cycles means more salts!
	No Bubble Left Behind	Every 24 hours, your 3 lowest level Alchemy Bubbles gets +1 Lv. This only applies to bubbles Lv 5 or higher, so it's more like 'your lowest level bubble that is at least level 5'
	Killer's Brightside	All monster kills count for 2x more than normal for things like opening portals and Death Note. Doesn't increase resource drops or exp gain.
	Shrine World Tour	If a shrine is placed within town, instead of in a monster map, it will act as though it is placed in EVERY map in that entire world!
	Viaduct of the Gods	All alchemy liquids have x5 higher max capacity. However, you regenerate alchemy liquids -30% slower.
	Certified Stamp Book	All Stamps, except for MISC tab stamps, give DOUBLE the bonus.
	Spelunker Obol	1.50x higher effects from all active Jewels within the Mainframe.
	Fungi Finger Pocketer	+2% extra cash from monsters for every 1 million Green Mushroom kills your account has, which can be viewed at DeathNote.
	My 1st Chemistry Set	All Vials in Alchemy give DOUBLE the bonus. The bonus description will reflect this doubling.
	Unadulterated Banking Fury	+2% Total Damage for each 'greened' stack of resources in your bank. A 'greened' stack is one with 10 million or more items.

Jewels

Jewels are bought from the 'Jewel Spinner' which the player unlocks by holding on a stack of 7 Strung Jewels bought from the W4 vendor. It rotates it's selection every week. They are additional nodes added to the Mainframe Board that can be connected to. Some of them influence Mainframe Skills, but only if they are both activated. Others might get a double bonus if you have all jewels of a matching color light up as well.

Nanochips

Nanochips are bought from the 'Chip Repository' which the player unlocks by holding on a stack of 3 Pile of Processor Chips bought from the W4 vendor. It has two chips to purchase, and rotates it's selection every week. These are items that can be slot into any character who has an empty slot in the "Console" tab of the Mainframe window. A few are resticted on how many can be equiped to a character, but others can be equiped for however many you have slot and chips for them. They provide various bonuses to that character and do not require them to be uploaded to the Mainframe in order for them to work. To
